Forage is an online payment solution for government subsidies— the Stripe of government payment systems. Our software offering helps online grocery stores accept EBT payments online. EBT is like the Visa of government money, and it currently distributes over $200 Billion in food subsidies a year.

We are hiring for a Platform Partnership Manager to help start and eventually grow the Partnership team. This means you will be creating and implementing onboarding strategy to make sure our customers (platforms and merchants) are successful from the moment they sign up with Forage until they are fully onboarded and live. You will be the player coach as the team and company grows and hopefully managing the team as we scale.

We received one of the largest valuations immediately after graduating Y Combinator, and are now looking to grow an effective and efficient team! Our goal is to build online payment technology that empowers all Americans.

The Role

We’re hiring a Platform Partnership Manager to join our team and support with a range of product / client-facing responsibilities. The role is remote with team members in Los Angeles and New York City.

As a Platform Partnership Manager, you will:

• Serve in a cross-functional role, working closely with the Engineering team to guide new clients through the technical and onboarding process
• Support the sales team with presenting the technical aspects of Forage's product to potential clients; create onboarding processes
• Communicate new product features to clients and relay client feature requests to the Product and Engineering teams
• Provide support to new and existing clients
• Analyze client needs to proactively deliver product recommendations, including by creating new prototypes, support materials, guides, and other documentation
